IITF 2025 will be hosted at the grandiose site in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Important Dates
Business Days: 14 November to 18 November 2025 This is a period of 5 days just to exhibitors, business owners, importers, exporters and industry visitors.
Public Days: 19 November to 27 November 2025 Any person is welcome during such days.
Daily Timings
Entry Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Remember to come at least 1 hour early so that you do not have to stand in long queues, particularly during weekends.
IITF has a given theme every year which enhances unity, culture and innovation.
For 2025, the theme is:
‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’
This theme celebrates:
The cultural diversity in India is rich.
Local arts and culture.
Social and economic development projects of the government.
Cooperation between industries and states.
There will be state-wise pavilions, handicraft stalls, technology shows, and cultural events reflecting the unity of India that can be expected by the visitors.

The following is the basic schedule of ticket prices:
Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Adults: ₹80
Children: ₹40
Weekends (Saturday–Sunday)
Adults: ₹150
Children: ₹60
Note:
Children below 5 years get free entry.
Weekends will have large crowds, thus, peaceful shopping will be better on weekdays.

Delhi Metro stations or online booking of tickets are very easy. The easy guide to bookings is as follows:
Option A: Book Through Delhi Metro Stations
Go to local Metro station counters (other than Airport Express Line).
Ask for IITF 2025 entry ticket.
Choose date and ticket type.
Pay via cash, UPI, or card.
Take your ticket and bring ID evidence.
Option B: Book Tickets Online
(In case the online booking is provided on the official ITPO or the Delhi Metro site)

The parking is also not efficient; the metro is highly encouraged.
India gate and ITO Stretches: to be avoided during rush time.
